This is a customer service opportunity that requires account management skills, Construction Background, project management skills as well as new employee training skills. This position must maintain open communications with the client on various levels to execute capital projects & service requests to completion.
Education / Experience:
An ideal applicant will have at a minimum an Associate’s degree in Project Management or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Facility Maintenance, & Construction trades.
