HR Manager

People People is seeking an HR Manager to manage client accounts.  We aren’t consultants, we’re actually in the trenches alongside our clients helping them with their people programs.  We are usually considered an objective, trusted-advisor who sits on the leadership teams of client companies.  If you’re ready to get out of ordinary HR, here’s your chance.

What we do:

We function as strategic business advisor to clients and senior management in the development and execution of human resources strategies in support of the organization’s business plan and direction. That means we:

  • Develop HR plans and strategies to support achievement of the client’s business objectives, short-term and long-term. This includes defining and developing organizational culture, organizational and performance management processes, change management, talent management, employee development, succession planning, compensation and benefit programs.
  • Manage employee relations for the client to include coaching and counsel to management and employees, conflict resolution, investigation handling, corrective action as warranted.
  • Develop custom Employee Handbooks, policies and guidelines that are compliant with federal and state regulations and incorporate client brand, culture, values and behaviors in support of the client mission.
  • And any other need of the client (and these are wide and varied!!)

What you need to bring with you:

  • A belief that HR is a valuable business unit of any organization
  • A sense of humor and can-do attitude – we’re a collaborative team here at People People.
  • The ability to effectively manage client relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and ability to switch trajectory at any given moment
  • And, a minimum of a four year HR degree
