Operations Coordinator


Inspired Homes is currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support for home building operations.  The Operations Coordinator is a multi-disciplinary support position coordinating various functions in a fast-paced office environment.


  • Perform various tasks contributing to office organization and efficiency such as upkeep of various systems/programs, filing, drafting communications, data entry and report generation
  • Provide administrative support to management team
  • Review real estate contracts and assure legal documents are signed, complete and error-free
  • Maintain and distribute operational reporting to management team
  • Process all sales commissions
  • Manage the tracking of new home sales, cancellation, and the sales contract process
  • Organize company functions and work related events
  • Coordinate assigned calendar(s) and plan travel arrangements as needed
  • Work with accounting team to assist in invoice payment and management
  • Interact tactfully and efficiently with a variety of people
  • Complete additional administrative functions for management team as required
  • Other duties as assigned



Qualified candidates will possess strong oral, written, and problem solving skills. 5+ years of previous experience in customer service, office administration or marketing in an office environment including:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong Customer service orientation with tact and professionalism to work with many kinds of personalities
  • Professional demeanor able to handle confidential information in a sensitive manner and a positive, even-tempered attitude to handle a busy work environment
  • Proven record of working successfully in a time-sensitive environment
  • Previous homebuilding/construction/real estate experience a plus
  • Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage to deadlines
