Territory Sales Manager

Energetic - self-motivated - well spoken - positive attitude – ability to confidently meet different professionals to present our service, must have reliable transportation. Maintain a professional appearance and abide by our code of ethical & honest behavior during the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other computer programs.
  • Customer-focused
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
  • Strong communication skills, oral and written
  • Ability to multi-tasks
  • Willingness to learn new products, design techniques and project management skills
  • Excellent problem solving ability

 Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales goals quarterly and yearly.
  • Visit/cold call school administration, Superintendents, school locations, Architects and School District Offices in each county in St. Louis and eastern Missouri.   
  • Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business, all while managing existing account base. Regularly meet with CEO to review sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers. 
  • Maintain a weekly schedule, mileage log, project list and track potential leads.  
  • Complete Job Registrations with key vendors for potential projects or school bids.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of key vendor products, and keep updated pricing and product catalogs on hand for meetings.
  • Prepare and deliver renderings for projects as requested.  Work with assigned project manager to maintain good communication with customer/school until project is completed. 
  • Complete required documentation for Customer Service Opportunities or Warranty issues.
  •  Attend weekly sales meetings, to develop a strong team, work through issues, and receive training on new products and processes. 
  • Maintain samples for your customers.
  • Be on site or on call for the installation team for your school projects.
