Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed sales goals quarterly and yearly.
Visit/cold call school administration, Superintendents, school locations, Architects and School District Offices in each county in St. Louis and eastern Missouri.
Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business, all while managing existing account base. Regularly meet with CEO to review sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers.
Maintain a weekly schedule, mileage log, project list and track potential leads.
Complete Job Registrations with key vendors for potential projects or school bids.
Develop a thorough knowledge of key vendor products, and keep updated pricing and product catalogs on hand for meetings.
Prepare and deliver renderings for projects as requested. Work with assigned project manager to maintain good communication with customer/school until project is completed.
Complete required documentation for Customer Service Opportunities or Warranty issues.
Attend weekly sales meetings, to develop a strong team, work through issues, and receive training on new products and processes.
Maintain samples for your customers.
Be on site or on call for the installation team for your school projects.
